Proprietor, Dixie HueyDixie Huey, Proprietor
"My goal is to help my clients blend of the joy of making wine with the joy of selling it profitably.  The most competitive wineries have a solid plan for each vintage covering both the agricultural and business aspects of the industry."

Over the last decade, Dixie Huey has successfully guided over 60 wineries  ranging from smaller family-owned ventures like Stoller Vineyards and Joseph Phelps to international businesses like Symington Family Estates and Diageo.  Her depth of expertise and strategic focus provide valuable insight on the need for measurable return on marketing investment.
She approaches marketing projects through the lens of a management consultant, working with clients to identify strengths and challenges, creating a plan of action and overseeing or implementing it to achieve results.  Integrity, expertise, proactive communication, and focus on solutions and process improvement are her guiding business principles.

Within her 12 years of industry experience, Huey has worked as a buyer, wine marketing instructor, and traveled extensively to world wine regions.  She holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and the advanced certificate from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.  Huey is a frequent panelist, business writer and competition judge.  She is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and is pursuing the Certified Management Consultant designation recognized in 43 countries and awarded to less than 1% of
